For online sellers

Tax help that understands e-commerce reality.

Marketplace statements, fees, refunds, advertising, inventory and payment processors can make an online business look very different from a traditional local company.

AmazonWalmart MarketplaceMulti-channel sellersOnline brands

Oxana has firsthand experience working with online marketplace businesses and understands why clean records matter before a tax return or IRS response is prepared.

Marketplace records

Bring together sales reports, fees, reimbursements, returns and processor activity into a usable tax picture.

Inventory & COGS

Review how inventory purchases and cost of goods sold flow into the business tax return.

Owner + entity view

Look at the business and the owner’s return together instead of treating them as unrelated files.

IRS-ready documentation

Keep the workpapers and supporting records organized so explanations can be supported if questions arise.

Divorce, separation & complex assets

When taxes and assets overlap, the details matter.

Divorce can involve years of tax returns, jointly filed returns, real estate, business interests, online sales, investment activity and records that do not tell a simple story.

With accounting and investigative experience, Oxana can review the tax and financial side of the matter, identify inconsistencies or missing documentation, and help organize the facts for informed tax decisions and discussions with your attorney.

A rare combination of skills
1

3
Property & asset documentation
Organize tax and financial documents connected with real estate, investments, entities and other assets.
4
Investigative support when needed
Asset-location and private investigative work is handled separately under the appropriate investigative engagement.
About Oxana

Tax work with an accountant’s eye for the details.

My background spans accounting, audit, tax and document-intensive financial work. That experience shapes how I approach every matter: understand the facts first, then organize the numbers and supporting records.

I also have direct experience with e-commerce businesses and marketplace operations, including Amazon and Walmart, so I understand the records behind online sales—not just the tax forms.
